This round of our Womens Self Defence Program, that started on 6th August 2019, is off to a great start.
This week’s module was ‘Dealing with Confrontation’. Teaching the women how to deal with an initial confrontation is so important. From using assertive, yet non-threatening, body language so they can possibly diffuse the situation before it even escalates. To learning vital points for fast and direct strikes to have maximum effect.
Each week covers an important area, both physically and mentally, for effective self defence, while having fun and getting fit at the same time! 💪✊
