Empower Yourself and Feel Safe
Our women’s self defence programs are focused on self-defence in the real world. The sessions are specially designed to empower women so they feel confident and safe. Not only will we show you techniques, but also explain how to use them properly and why the techniques you learn elsewhere may work in training and not in a real life situation. We also cover other areas outside of the actual physical self-defence that are important to learn and understand to create a complete form of Self Defence.
How our Women’s Self Defence is Different
Through our women’s self defence program you will get fit, flexible, and feel fantastic. You will also learn a mind body awareness not found in most other fighting systems. This awareness can help in not only strengthening your body, but also your mind, which will help build self confidence, reduce stress, better understand your physical self, promote mindfulness, and improve well-being. The mind is as important as the body when it comes to being confident and able to use what you have learnt effectively.
